Travel
My travel work isn’t travel photography in the classic sense – you get small campaigns built around a moment of being “on the move”: travel insurance, a hotel chain, a product being used in a place, a houseboat stay, whatever the brief calls for. Staging what’s happening in one place at a time with people and object – planned and staged, never generated.
Every location worldwide comes with its own conditions: changing weather, local permits, limited time windows, crews assembled on-site. Adapting to what a place actually offers – and still delivering the shot the brief calls for – is the job.
These images carry the brand’s ambition: how far it is willing to go, and how much it wants the people on the receiving end to feel like they’re somewhere that does exist.
